IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS:

(four)A qualified elector shall not be considered to have gained a residence in any county or sity of this state into which he come for temporary purposes just, without the intention of making information technology his home but with the intention of leaving it when he equally achieved the purpose that brought him in that location.
